We perform a full service and test on your port injectors. This includes a leak test, flow test, and spray pattern test, and full cleaning. The injectors will get all new o-rings, as well as filters. Price per injector.

We will complete a full service on your gasoline direct injectors. This includes a leak test, flow test, low pressure spray pattern test, and a full cleaning. This service also includes new o-rings and filter baskets on every injector. Price per injector.

We will do a full flow, leak, spray pattern test, including new o-rings and seals. These injectors are found on Evinrude e-Tec motors, and SkiDoo snowmobiles. Price per injector.

Complete test and service on Mercury Optimax fuel injectors. These are the red, blue, or black injectors located on the outside of the fuel rail. If you are sending us the fuel injectors, we recommend sending in your air injectors as well. Price per injector.

Full test and service on Mercury Optimax air injectors. These are the blue or black injectors that are found between the cylinder heads and fuel rail. We highly recommend sending in your fuel injectors at the same time. Price per injector.

A full test, and cleaning with before and after results for any Ficht injector. These injectors are common on Evinrude outboards, Polaris, Kawasaki and Arctic Cat personal watercraft. Price per injector.

Full test and clean on Polaris snowmobile, ATV & SXS injectors that are epoxied to the wiring harness. The injectors will be cleaned and tested with the harness still attached, so there is no need to disassemble them. The epoxy stays in place so you will not have issues with the injectors disconnecting after cleaning. Everything stays the same way Polaris intended it to. Price per injector.

We will dissasemble your fuel rail including the air pressure regulator, fuel pressure regulator, tracker valve, fuel & air injectors. We inspect all diaphragms and springs. Once this is done we ultrasonically clean all parts while flowing cleaning fluid through the air and fuel rails. Price per rail. (3 Cylinder = 1 Rail, V6 = 2 Rails)

We will ultrasonically clean your fuel rail while flowing cleaning fluid through the rail to flush out any loosened contaminents. Any debris that is flushed out is then cycled through a 2 micron filter before being re-circulated back through the rail again. This insures your fuel rail is 100% clean on the inside, where it counts. Price per rail.

Replacement tracker valve. Fits all Optimax models. This is the updated purple colored diaphragm.

Note: If you are having fuel in the air issues, make sure to check your fuel pressure diaphragm as well. If you are having fuel or air pressure issues but do not have fuel in the air system, this diaphragm is most likely good.

Replacement diaphragm for both the fuel regulator, & air regulator. Fits all Optimax models. This is the updated purple colored diaphragm.

Note: Most Mercury Optimax motors have 2 of these per motor. Some 2.5L models have a sealed regulator. Please contact us if you have fitment concerns.

Mercury Optimax air regulator kit. This replaces the sealed style air regulators, that do not have the replaceable diaphragm.
